Worst customer service! The lady that did not help us was rude she didn't even come outside to check the car! I will never ever use this company again!!!! Don't try and use coupons they don't honor them and won't help you. Would not even pick up the phone to call corporate she told us we had to. This lady needs some serious training on customer service. Unbelievable. Be aware.
I signed a contract for 240$ a week. When I went to return the car 3 weeks later, the rate magically went up to 850$ a week. When I asked explanation they couldn't say anything, and when I got pissed the manager came out to kick me out of the place. I will mail to Budget corporate about this rip off location.
Rental Pick-up time is 15 minutes before whenI had picked.
I was bothered by the negative reviews but if you pay attention to their rules, there shouldn't be a problem. Car was clean on delivery and with a full tank. They aren't the most courteous but at least they were thorough with explaining the do's and don'ts. Overall experience was decent.
They are not deserved even for a single star but the review box doesn't allow me submit review without selecting.Arrogant staff, doesn't care about customers at all. they don't respond at all last minute they canceled my reservation at last minute.
Had to come in the next day to just give the keys and was charged for another day. The whole location and staff seemed like a money rip-off
